Meet the masterminds navigating this spaceship
Cosmic began with a simple frustration.
We were on our own journey toward eating better — reading labels more carefully, becoming more intentional about ingredients, and trying to build healthier habits into busy, everyday life. But whenever we were short on time, our options felt limited. Fast food was convenient, but rarely nourishing. Health food existed, but often felt inaccessible, intimidating, or uninspired.
So we asked ourselves a question:
Why can’t fast food feel vibrant, customizable, and genuinely good for you?
What started as a personal search for better options became a farmers market stall, where we tested recipes, refined flavors, and had real conversations with our community. We listened to what people wanted — food that was colorful, energizing, and satisfying without feeling restrictive.
Cosmic grew from those early mornings and small beginnings into catering events, serving corporate teams, and building a loyal following — all rooted in the belief that healthy food should feel exciting, not exclusive.
We didn’t set out to follow trends. We set out to build the kind of place we wished existed when we started our journey.
